Web & Front-End

• Sole developer responsible for all front-end updates and new page builds on repstl.org.
• Rebuilt high-impact pages to improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Conducted ADA/WCAG compliance audits and resolved contrast, focus, and screen reader issues.
• Led the full migration off the legacy CMS, including cutover planning with staff, redirects, SEO checks, Search Console monitoring, and the DNS move to the new host.
• Architected and built a custom, no-page-builder WordPress theme (repstl-theme) from scratch to replace the legacy Showtime CMS, including custom post types for Shows, Subscriptions, and Events — now live on repstl.org.

CMS & Admin UX Design

• Designed a Customizer-based CMS layer allowing non-technical theatre staff to manage page content, layouts, and media without touching code.
• Built a custom Page Sections meta box system giving staff a flexible, block-style way to compose page content while keeping the front end consistent and on-brand.
• Developed self-service admin tools including a drag-to-reorder production photo gallery, a crossfade slideshow, and sponsor/hero image management — reducing staff reliance on developer support for routine content updates.

IT & Technical Support

• First point of contact for staff technical issues across the website, Salesforce, email, and Google tools; troubleshoot directly and coordinate with the managed IT provider on server issues.
• Fixed Salesforce emails landing in spam by correcting DKIM records in DNS for the organization’s domain.
• Reviewed an unused cloud account to find out why it existed; it has since been shut down, ending its monthly charges.

Salesforce / PatronManager

• Built and deployed DonationRollupBatch, a scheduled Apex batch class that calculates Total Gifts, Largest Gift, Number of Gifts, Last Gift Date, Last Gift Amount, and First Gift Date nightly on Contact records.
• Built a record-triggered Salesforce Flow delivering scheduled email and in-app follow-up notifications to development staff.
• Developed a scoped HTML ticket purchase snippet embedded in the Showtime CMS for the Diamond Anniversary Concert Series.
• Researched and documented PatronManager limitations around donor-status-gated discount codes.

Analytics & Tracking

• Implemented Google Tag Manager across repstl.org, establishing scalable infrastructure for all tracking needs.
• Researched and scoped Google Ads conversion tracking across the PatronManager/Salesforce ticket purchase funnel.
